ANAL BEARD  Go! Stop! 10"                                                                               Back in stock and back from their recent UK tour. This is one of the all-time classic cheesy punk sensations at Ruptured Ambitions. All the faves inc. Hussein in the                Membrane, BiscuitAgent Against The State, F*cking Cat, That's Rich (Coming From You)"and showstopper Cheesey Mattress. 12 tracks of pure punk insanity you'd be a right muffin to miss.

ANAL BEARD/THE FISH BROTHERS

I Don't Like Going Out It's Too Big And There's People There Split                                                          5 early tracks of silly sloppy punk cabaret from the BEARD (Fanzine Nerd, "Ugly,  & the castrato classic Bus Pass), plus pub rock/music hall crossover geeks THE FISH BROTHERS (The Snivelling Sh*ts playing footsie with ALBERTO Y LOST TRIOS                PARANOIAS) being wonderfully smutty and unique.

THE ANTIB*TCH REVIVAL The Memorial of Punkrockrebel LP

This album is dedicated to the memory of Emile Drogt, who was the singer/guitarist with ANTI-B*TCH. They have eleven tracks on the A-side, inc.  Dirty UnderwearHappy Face, Braindamage, Sh*t in the Pit and No More Trust. Contributing to the                     B-side are COLLYWOBBLES, NO I.D., DE STRIPJES, D.R.A. and V.O.S.  with a barrage of appropriately punky tributes.

THE BUS STATION LOONIES Mad Frank's Zonal Disco LP

After over 2 years of waiting, was it really worth it? What you get is pretty much the entire works of those infamous inebriated incompetents, in all its cheesy punk cabaret glory, and wrapped in a wacky full-colour sleeve (are you on the cover?). 17 tracks                      including daft favourites Bus Driver 7103, Playing Silly B*gg*rs, Everyday Bullsh*t, Bl**dy Drunkards, Kill that Nazi (in my head), Last of my Mohicans and Have You Any Idea Who We Are?. The frantic, drunken journey is punctuated by slightly sober protest & back into silliness again with ludicrous philosophies & appalling cover versions (Loonies in the Bus Station  &  Hops & Barley). You'd probably be completely daft if you bought this, but that's no bad thing.

EX-CATHEDRA 2 x 4 = LP

I'm a bit uncertain as to how new/old/rehashed/re-recorded/re-released/unreleased this material is (sez he, hanging his head in shame) but, what the hey, it's a KILLER          album, so here's a run-down of the tracks for them what knows: StickTogether,                 Something Coming Down, Directions, Scared, Stop Yer Running, Got No Answers, What It Isn't, Watch Out, Rwanda pt.1, No Time to be Young, Critical Eye and Rwanda pt.2.  Despite band politics and disagreements (seems to be much in focus of late, now                        EX-C have re-located to London from Glasgow), ye cannae deny this band have a bit of everything; reggae-edged ska-punk to die for, moments of pure pogoable thrash, and choruses that you SWEAR you've heard before! Like THE CLASH and THE RUTS if they'd been born into our glorious age of DIY. Unbridled and magnificent punk.
